This project consisted of bulk excavation of over 6,500m3 of contaminated material, the installation of an attenuation tank with a storage volume of 500,000 litres of water, a 30,000 litre oil interceptor, over 400m of ACO Qmax 350 drainage channel, 50 brick built chambers with dimensions of up to 1200x1200mm, almost 6,000m of ducting, backfilling with 6F2 and MOT type 1, kerbs around the boundary, a 100m king post retaining wall, installation of VRS barrier, and lastly, the installation of wheel stops in the parking bays.
